For any number of reasons, a purchase may not meet those needs and may require an exchange or in some cases a refund. You are encouraged to contact an Ideal Race Representative prior to returning a product as you may find additional information about the product and related products helpful. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please carefully review our return policy below:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused/undamaged condition.
Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the return value.
Returns are subject to approval by Ideal Race.
Return Process: To submit a return login to your customer account on our website, choose the order or specific item from an order and submit a return request.
Fill out the return form found here and place it in the box with your return.
Return Shipping: Once you have completed the previous steps you can ship the Item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Approval/Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee of the item's purchase price. If there are any concerns or issues we will reach out to you for further information.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
